RACE FOR RULE (5) Missed by a narrow margin last time at Sandown and putting a tidy record together so far. Likes the cut in the ground. One of the major players. CUSTOM (1) Had a break from racing and returns to competition. Didn't find the line when 4th last time at Flemington but challenged by weaker competitors. Should get going late. Has to be strongly considered. AFTERBERNA (2) Romped home to win last time at Sandown on a heavy track and ideal trip as proven previously. Jockey Jabez Johnstone and trainer Ciaron Maher link well together. Worth strong consideration. BIOLOGICS (3) Clearly outclassed when 10th last time at Flemington. Jamie Mott and Grahame Begg rate highly together. Will be hitting the line strongly. Winnable race.
