What is Stake Mines?

Mines is a Stake Originals online casino game where Minesweeper-style gameplay reveals mines or bombs with each wager placed on the 5x5 grid.

How to play Mines on Stake

Before each round, determine your bet size and decide how many mines on the board you want to set. You can choose to have between 1 and 24 mines hidden on the 25 tiles.

Every safe tile reveals a gem and increases your multiplier. After each successful pick, you can reveal another tile or use Cash Out to lock in your winnings. Selecting a mine ends the round immediately, and the wager is lost.

The Mines grid and choosing your number of mines explained

The grid has 25 spots, which you can adjust with your selections. You can choose between 1 and 24 mines by using the drop-down menu. This directly controls the volatility and balance between risk and reward.

More mines mean fewer wins but with larger potential multipliers. Fewer mines mean more frequent, yet smaller wins. The board has fewer mines, and safe tiles appear more often, making smaller multipliers easier to build before cashing out.

Think of your mine selection as a personal volatility setting. Take risk management into account and make your choices accordingly.

Stake Mines betting features: Manual, Auto Bet and hotkeys

There are 3 features available when playing Stake Mines:

1. Manual mode lets you select each tile and decide how much you want to wager each round. You can cash out whenever you like.

2. The Auto feature uses your chosen settings and betting rules to play through the number of rounds you select. Advanced mode gives you additional options, including Reset or Increase By on wins or on losses. Stop on Profit and Stop on Losses are available too.

3. You can enable hotkeys in the game settings to use keyboard shortcuts on your computer.
